The Cordia School of Humanities and Bhartiya Arts shall serve as a vibrant academic and cultural center for the study of human thought, society, culture, heritage, languages, literature, performing arts, visual arts, philosophy, and creative disciplines. The School will provide a transformative educational environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, communication, ethical reasoning, and cultural appreciation.
The School will offer multidisciplinary programs in Humanities, Liberal Arts, Languages, Literature, Philosophy, History, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre Studies, Cultural Studies, Media Studies, and Indian Knowledge Systems. The curriculum will be designed to blend classical scholarship with contemporary relevance, enabling students to understand human societies, cultural evolution, and global challenges through diverse perspectives.
The School shall establish Centers of Excellence focused on Indian Civilization Studies, Cultural Heritage Preservation, Creative Arts, Indigenous Knowledge Systems, Language Studies, Social Innovation, and Public Policy. Students will engage in experiential learning through cultural immersion programs, field studies, heritage documentation projects, artistic productions, community engagement initiatives, and interdisciplinary research.
Special emphasis shall be placed on preserving and promoting India's artistic traditions, cultural heritage, classical and folk arts, regional languages, literature, philosophy, and indigenous knowledge systems while fostering innovation in creative industries, media, communication, and cultural entrepreneurship.
