Democratising the educational system and removing barriers.

 Democratising the educational system means making learning inclusive, equitable, and accessible to everyone, irrespective of their socio-economic, geographic, or cultural background. It shifts education from an exclusive privilege for elites to a fundamental human right. This transformation reorganises both how knowledge is shared globally and how schools operate locally. 


The push to democratise education is generally divided into two main categories: systemic accessibility and classroom autonomy.


At LORD RANA International University is created a system to pay fee per use (PFPU), ( a model to pay fees and educational expenditures as learn and deliverables with module wise tuition fee, examination, training, administration, hostel, services and more...

Systemic Accessibility (Equal Opportunity

  • Breaking Financial Barriers: Implementing policies that reduce tuition fees, increase scholarships, and provide free resources (like textbooks and transportation) ensures that lower-income families are not priced out of quality education.
  • Digital Learning & EdTech: Online learning platforms and virtual schools transcend geographical barriers, allowing students in Tier 2 and rural areas to access courses and expert instruction that were once restricted to metropolitan elites.
  • Lifelong Learning: Moving away from the traditional, rigid view that education ends in youth. Systems are shifting toward continuous, flexible learning that adapts to a fast-changing economy.

Classroom Autonomy (Democratic Education)

  • Student Choice and Control: The philosophy that students should have autonomy in directing their educational paths. Class schedules, subjects, and approaches are often up for debate or vote, giving students a sense of ownership over what they learn.
  • Participatory Policy Making: Involving students and parents directly in school policy and budgeting. This experiential model empowers young people to collectively identify and solve problems, preparing them for active civic participation.
  • Four Core Pillars: The framework operates on educational Liberty (freedom to express), Equality (equal access), Fraternity (sense of community), and Justice (fair, inclusive treatment of all students).
